Chargia’s core business is an AI-based operational experience layer for EV charging, via familiar channels such as WhatsApp. It supports drivers in real time, orchestrates interactions with the charging infrastructure, and connects them to operators when needed. Thanks to its white-label approach, CPOs and EMPs can offer the solution under their own brand.

The Chargia chatbot, Chargia’s propietary software product, operates specifically via WhatsApp and represents the first real operational deployment of this solution of Chargia.

It provides real-time assistance to EV drivers, allowing them to check charger status, receive immediate guidance during charging, access operational information, and escalate issues when required – while ensuring a consistent, actionable experience across different charging environments.

Looking ahead, Chargia is evolving beyond support toward a complete end-user experience layer – covering planning and pre-charge guidance, interaction with infrastructure during the session, and smoother user journeys including payments and post-charge touchpoints – all powered by AI and tightly integrated with the underlying operational systems.

A reliable partner for seamless charging processes


Chargia completed the first operational deployment of its WhatsApp virtual assistance chatbot together with chargecloud across a network of 225 charging points at the end of 2025.

chargecloud’s Operating System provides the structured data access required for Chargia to deliver contextual, accurate and actionable responses in real time.  At the same time, the system’s security architecture ensures the protection of sensitive data and operational traceability — essential components in automated assistance systems.

With chargecloud, Chargia found exactly the right partner to provide the foundation for growth, stability and user satisfaction. The migration to chargecloud was structured, transparent and designed to minimise operational risk from day one. From setting up and technically onboarding the OS, to closely supporting the integration of the AI assistant and testing, to the early troubleshooting phase, chargecloud worked closely with Chargia to achieve the best possible result. The Operating System is far more than a conventional backend or CPMS. As the core of the setup, it brings together all key requirements within a single system: enabling the management and monitoring of the 225 charging points in Spain, providing real-time data for the AI, and delivering reporting and analytics for continuous optimisation. All of this comes with full white-label functionality – meaning that portals, invoices and applications can be presented entirely under the operator’s own branding. A fundamental prerequisite, however, was the integration of the AI assistant via an interface that ensures the seamless deployment of Chargia’s core product.

Beyond the technical setup, the human factor played a crucial role. Chargia benefited from close collaboration with chargecloud’s Spanish-speaking team, whose native-language support and hands-on mentality ensured fast communication, cultural alignment and continuous guidance throughout implementation and beyond. Chargia is firmly focused on what comes next. The integration of the first 225 charging points in Spain into the chargecloud Operating System forms the operational starting point for scaling the product further.

Following this first deployment, Chargia will continue expanding its AI-driven capabilities with advanced incident automation, improved analytics and early issue detection, and richer conversational workflows. In parallel, Chargia is progressing toward a more complete user journey – including planning, in-session guidance with deeper infrastructure interaction, and smoother transactional experiences such as payments - while maintaining the white-label model for CPOs and EMPs.
